Cancellation policy

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments are subject to a $50 fee.

A $50 fee applies if

You cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment time.
You do not come to your appointment (no-show) without cancelling.

No fee if

You cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment.

How to cancel

Call (343) 558-8236 or email massage@natalimosh.com with your name and appointment time. The 48 hours are counted from the start time of your appointment.

Why we have this policy

Each appointment is reserved just for you. When a visit is cancelled at the last minute, that time usually cannot be offered to another client.
